At Oreck.com it's simple and convenient to return merchandise. There's no cost to you to return a product purchased on Oreck.com or through our toll-free Customer Care line, Oreck will cover the cost. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Oreck product, please follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our toll-free Customer Care team for instructions and to initiate a free return label. Please click here to print out our Return Form, and secure the bottom portion (below the perforation) to the outside of your package.

2. Repackage products in the original Oreck box.

3. Returned products must be sent postage prepaid to the following address:

4. Leave box at any FEDEX pick up location or drop off station.

5. Allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for a full refund or credit to be issued*.

*Product must be returned with all parts and components as it was received. Cost of missing parts and components will be deducted from the refund or credit at the discretion of TTI Floor Care.
